Up and coming indie/alt band The Near Tide headline The Waiting Room, N16. After a year of gigging across iconic London venues such as O2 Academy Islington, 93 Feet East, Fiddlers Elbow, and most recently, Brixton Jamm, the band are ready to take you through a collection of their favourite new and reworked songs.

The Near Tide is a London-based band originally formed in 2019, known for their melodic indie/alt rock sound that combines delicate vocals with expansive soundscapes. They draw comparisons to bands like Daughter and Bon Iver, suggesting a deep emotional resonance in their music. A combination of ambient guitar sounds, synths and electronic drum samples, all contribute to their uniquely cinematic, electro folk inspired mood.

Influences include artists such as The XX, Novo Amor, Bon Iver, Massive Attack, Wolf Alice and Daughter.

With support from London based shoegaze band, Adele Dazeem.
