The speakers need to be pushed back and chairs rather than standing set up. Cheaper ticket prices will creat a better atmosphere and you can re cup the cost via drinks and merchandise rather than have it be half full

The advertising was verging on fraudulent. There was nothing ‘classical’ about this concert. The volume was acceptable in the first half but the increase in the second half was unnecessary and the quality of sound suffered really badly. Presumably this led to so many leaving early.
I have supported and organised Pride events for over 30 years and this has to be one of the most disappointing. If you offered a refund I would gladly accept.
