So, what is “Next Steps”? 

The inspiration behind the night came from capturing our two residents, the rising talents that are Josh Bignell and Alex Byng, in action as guests, DJing at various club nights up and down the country.

 Inspired by their originality, energy, and maturity of the music they were playing, the vibe and atmosphere they generated; left the crowds in awe at how talented they are as DJs, and how they, and other rising talented DJ’s, deserve, and need, greater exposure. 

Whilst their music and underground sound crosses many electronic club music genres and age demographics, (they both grew up around parents that lived and breathed the scene – and still do), there are not many events that brings all age groups together, showcasing the next generation of talent. 

This is what “Next Steps” is setting out to achieve.

Joining Josh and Alex on the night will be two guest DJ’s, an established older head, passing the baton to the rising talent, (“Next Steps”), the other another rising star of their choosing.

This is no “Retrospective Night”, it’s all about new music, and showcasing new, and rising talent, engaging with all generations, keeping the scene well and truly alive!
