Kate Stables aka This is The Kit, is undoubtedly one of the most interesting indie folk artists of recent years. Born in Winchester and now based in Paris, Kate Stables became immersed in music at a very young age, learning the trumpet and guitar. With ethereal sounds, where brass and synths intersect with guitars and banjos, his graceful compositions are, live, a moment where time stands still.

With six albums, the group distinguished itself on the indie folk scene with the highly acclaimed “Bashed Out” (2015) and enjoyed international recognition with “Moonshine Freeze” (2017), “Off Off On” (2020) and recently “Careful of Your Keepers” (2023), marking the artistic maturity of Kate Stables and her troupe.
