I thought the venue was fab perhaps more eating places as the queue was huge for the one food stall

It was a wonderful atmosphere with lots to do! The entertainment lady was great she really got everyone enjoying themselves!

Review of Little Bop Carnival | Family Mini Fest

This event was terribly organized. Before we even got in the venue, they had 1 person pysically putting the event wristbands on everyone, adults and children. This took SO MUCH TIME. What was the point of that? We lost nearly 20 minutes of a timed event waiting in line because of that! Eventually they had FIVE PEOPLE putting wristbands on! FIVE and the line still didn't move. Just hand the families the number of wristbands they need, and let us all keep moving. Once inside, the music was too loud, the MC was not engaging, the flow of traffic was nonexistant, and there were too many workers just standing around doing nothing. The sensory area was too close to the walkway, severely impacting the entry to the back lot. The back lot had inflatables, but nothing for smaller children. Where was the inflatable slide? inflatable obstacle course? bouncy house? At one point, I saw a mask-making station which was completely hidden and out of sight behind the huge face painting queue so we couldn't physically get to it. We stood in the enormous queue to get faces painted, and then had to seek out the 1 person taking payment for face paint/glitter paint/hair braids. That was chaotic and inefficient. I am pretty sure I could have walked away without paying and no one would have even known. After the face painting fiasco, my family left. We were were there for only 20 minutes. This was a mess. I will not attend another one of these in the future.

Having attended lots of events with the kids, I thought this one was rather overpriced for what you got. Part of the venue was a great location but the area where the inflatables was some disused space with rubbles, containers and was not a very pleasant space.  My husband found a piece of wood with lots of nails on the floor and had to move it so the kids didn't get hurt.
I like the fact that it wasn't over subscribed so although busy it wasn't packed.  The main stag could have had better entertainment to draw the kids attention!  Our kids got rather board of the few inflatables so 2.5 hours was plenty long enough but it was far to expensive for what you got.  
We had high hopes and it was nice to have some thing on the door step.  I felt I enjoyed it more as an adult with the sun shining and good access to the bar but it was hard work trying to get our children engaged with it.

Lovely day out and so much fun! Music was good and enjoyed the face painting. The prices were also great compared to other places.

We need more things like this in Nottingham for children and actually Me and my partner loved it as well. Will go again if they do it.
