Esther Short Park

The 23rd Annual Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival is August 25, 26, & 27, 2023.  The Festival brings together 17 jazz, blues, and gospel bands, 60 Northwest wines, 20 fine artists, and local cuisine.  It is "...the largest festival of its kind in the Northwest..."
