About York Dungeon Standard Admission

York Dungeon Standard Admission at York Dungeon takes you through 2,000 years of York’s darker history. The experience combines live actors, immersive sets and special effects, and is designed to be seen, heard and smelled as it brings the city’s murky past to life.

Along the way, you meet the mighty Vikings and learn about their Saxon enemies, then encounter some of York’s most notorious figures, including Guy Fawkes and Isabella Billington. The experience also includes the Black Death and a torture chamber.
