York Dungeon Standard Admission at York Dungeon takes you through 2,000 years of York's darker history. The experience brings the city's past to life with live actors, immersive sets and special effects.
Along the way, you encounter the Vikings and learn about their Saxon enemies, then meet some of York's most notorious historical figures, including Guy Fawkes and Isabella Billington.
The show also explores the Black Death and a torture chamber, presenting York's history as a series of walk-through scenes.
