About York Dungeon - Anytime Entry
York Dungeon - Anytime Entry takes you through 2,000 years of York’s darker history at York Dungeon. The experience uses live actors, immersive sets and special effects to bring the city’s past to life as you move through a series of scenes and stories.
Along the way, you can expect to encounter Vikings, their Saxon enemies, Guy Fawkes, the local witch Isabella Billington, the black plague and the torture chamber. The attraction is designed to be part history, part theatrical experience, with humour alongside the scares.
Key facts: Anytime Entry ticket; children must be aged 5 or over; not recommended for under 8s.
