Please arrive before the start time. There will be no admittance after the event has started.

My sound healing evenings are a very passive experience; you simply lie down on a mat, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the sounds to wash over you. You can't identify or grasp any particular notes like you can with music. Instead, I will use my gong and singing bowls to create a soundscape that will take you on a relaxing and meditative journey, leaving you calm, focussed and in the right place for a wonderful night's sleep.

Please make sure you bring your own mat and blankets and anything you need to be comfortable as these are not provided.
