We were told it started at 9.30pm so alot of us arrived at 9pm. The promoter hadn't arrived and they were not even open. We sat in the car until 10pm. Once we got in they were setting up and things didn't get started until nearly 11pm.
The waiting put a dampener on it for me.

Review of Name that sample

Nice  venue, friendly and professional staff drinks prices in comparison to most bars. It's a nice place just waiting for more events.

Turned up at 9pm had to stay in rain till 10pm,. I was there before the organisers! The place was not set up, chairs broken, not enough chairs at first. Then all it was interactive wise was 6 questions then we watched others play. It was supposed to be 9pm-2am it finished at 12. I will never go to another event of theirs. So unprofessional. Drinks expensive ££4,20 for a juice!! Total let down

The good things: great music, lovely people. Such a shame the Service didn't meet the prices. I appreciate this venue is trying to capture an exclusive clientele and the prices reflect that however, small touches could be improved to support the premium prices for example, more than one bar staff.  Unfortunately the lady I dealt with was particularly rude, got my drinks order wrong and wasn't accommodating when I asked for the correct drink (despite having to pay extra for a spirit I didn't ask for). Drinks would be better if served in glassware with ice and other garnishes and condiments, especially considering the prices. I felt there was a huge push to over pay. We were told we had to use the cloak room or unable to enter. It's such a shame as the music was good but over priced or the service I had

Review of The RnB old school Christmas ball

I had a lovely welcome from the security at the venue, and I have to say, it was really clean and tidy! I did feel a little let down by the music during the R&B evening, as there weren't many old school tunes. But we still managed to enjoy ourselves!

The ladies' restroom was so nice and stylish-definitely a plus! On the other hand, the bar service could use some improvement. I was a bit surprised to be served drinks in plastic cups, especially with the prices being over £7 each. It felt a little steep.

Overall, it's a great venue, and I love supporting local businesses! I think there's definitely potential to draw in more people, and I'd love to see what could be done to make that happen!

The place is nice to look at, and food is very nice. However there was one bar staff member who was very rude. It's a pricey place also for drinks.

Nice club,good djs. Need more bar staff, only 1 lady at 1st & she was very slow. Really nice venue.

It was an ok night, hpwever management attitude wasnt the best and when ordered food this took longer than what I was told.
