Join us for a tasting session of 5 types of tofu, live cooking demo exploring how to turn tofu from bland and confusing into something crispy, flavourful and satisfying.

This isn't a recipe class , it's about understanding tofu so you can use it confidently at home.

You'll watch as I cook and demonstrate the key foundations: how tofu is made, how to prepare it, and how to build flavour and texture for both savoury dishes and desserts.

As we go, you'll enjoy a full meal - not just small tasters - experiencing how tofu can truly transform.

Soft drinks available at the bar, bring your own alcohol for a small corkage fee.

The event is gluten free and plant based. Tofu is made of Soy so this event is not suitable for people with a soy allergy or intolerance.
