Event for all the family. Given the event was called Pimms in the Park, I felt they could have made a bit more effort with the Pimms: £6 a glass (and a bit watery), no ‘jug’ option and a bit lacklustre. Main stage needed more female acts. DJ was brilliant. Plenty for the kids to do, but if you’re on a tight budget, I’d suggest bringing a picnic and some ball games (& maybe a beach tent). Weather is always an issue and Sunday was pretty soggy. Suggestions: organisers should invite a camping chair/picnic mat/tent seller. Don’t put a toilet behind the DJ stage, it ruins the photos. More fairy lights. Make a street of the visiting stalls and theme it (go for Christmas market vibe). Use surrounding fencing to advertise the event from all sides, & price. Not everyone has seen the publicity and it would make it look more eventy. It was also possible to drive onto the field and not see the parking payment machine. Do you have an agreement with SBC for this? I’d also have a taxi rank marked out for these events. Lost a mark on prices for saying it was £2 per day online, when there was no way to avoid paying £3.70.

It just goes to show that if you have reasonable entrance prices folks will come and spend their hard earned and limited cash at the food and drink outlets. Well done to the organisers and hope a decent amount was raised for the charities.

Would have been good if there was more stalls selling . More stops for water for the dogs .

The weather wasn’t great today due to the rain but I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for the five of us to enter as the stalls were packing up just after 3 ?? The trucks were leaving so not much to see ! I feel that as it was a paid for event things should of remained there for people who made the effort to go out in the rain to enjoy something

There was no sign posting from the opposite side of the park.
Weather let it down and no shelter of any kind.
Order of bands should have been available.
Great value for money.

Had fantastic time was bit pricey for drinks and food but we did take picnic as would cost so much feed family of four really enjoyed the event and price to the event was fantastic loved every minute

There was very little provision for the wet weather. Just a big gazebo for a little respite from the rain would have made all the difference for the children.

Nice event but no portable toilets for the amount of people so poorly organised only the parks 2 ladies toilets for the whole event?
