About

The River Tees Watersports Centre was constructed ten years ago. The construction funded by member clubs, donations and a Sports Lottery Grant. It provides a base for several clubs with storage facilities for rowing boats, canoes and dragon boats with easy access to the slipway, pontoon and rowing steps. Changing rooms and a gym are available for use by members and the Bar and function room are available for members and can be booked by members of the public for parties, meetings or social group functions. The Riverside Room with its balcony offers wonderful views of the river and the Infinity Bridge.
