Review of DAY SESSIONS - Shrewsbury - March 2026

We were welcomed by friendly staff into what I can only describe and an enormous igloo. Next time would definitely need more heaters. Hated sipping from a can but that was a better option than plastic cups so real glasses next time would be a nice touch. Drinks deals would have been better too. £35 for a cheap bottle of Prosecco was rather ridiculous.  A Dj who has actually performed before in front of a crowd would have been fantastic, we're an extremely well versed group of girls with so much musicality and some of those songs we've never heard of before, but that's ok as he only played about a minute of each song before trying to mix into another genre. Understandably portaloos are always questionable, but at least have ones that have lights inside and flush inbetween people using them. We skipped out after 2 hours not being able to feel our fingers or toes!!

Could do with some heaters dotted around until it warms up.

Great venue had a fab time , drinks quite pricey but would recommend

Absolutely brilliant - great atmosphere - everyone just out to have fun - we were booked for the early session but was so good we even stayed for the late session! Highly recommended.

Music was poorly mixed , 1 speaker was broken and the sound from it was terribly distorted .

Festival prices for alcohol for a small event 😩

Brilliant day ! Staff were amazing, brilliant dj etc. only gripe was it was absolutely freezing inside - it was warmer outside !

Worth the money for a unique experience! Venue was great; easy to get too & plenty of space. Bar prices were steep but that's a sign of the times. Needed 2-3 more toilets but at least they were close to the door. Mixed feelings on the dj - his chouce of music was totally apt for the audience but I'm sure he didn't play more than half of the song for half the songs!! Which was SO annoying; even cut short Faithless!!
All in all would attend another so 9/10 :)
