About
Heart of Wales 7s is Wales' biggest sport and music festival with over 5500+ joining us each July.
The music festival has over 30+ acts from karaoke & local musicians through to top class tributes and famous Headline acts.
There is entertainment for everyone including Flamingo Bingo, White Collar Boxing, Legends Charity Match, Legends Lounge and much more.
The Sport includes adult tournaments in Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Rounders and the official Welsh Tug of War Championship.
