Heart of Wales 7s

Heart of Wales 7s is Wales' biggest sport and music festival with over 5000+ joining us each July.

The music festival has over 20+ acts from karaoke & local musicians through to top class tributes and famous Headline acts.

There is entertainment for everyone including Flamingo Bingo, White Collar Boxing, Legends Charity Match, Legends Lounge and Welsh Warrior Mud Runs.

The Sport includes adult tournaments in rugby, netball, hockey, rounders and the official Welsh Tug of War Championship.
