About

This is an exceptional night of jangling indie power pop. It will also be the launch of So Unbelievable fanzine issue number two!!!

A is for...

AUTOCAMPER!

Autocamper are a band from Manchester. Not twee, not anorak, not lucky, just pop! Last year their debut album was released on the legendary Slumberland Records in the US and Safe Suburban Home in the UK. Before that they have had three cassingles. In April, Niamh Putrill ( now ex-keyboardist/vocalist) left, and Autocamper are now a boyband. Niamh’s departure was celebrated with the release of the iconic fifteen minute long version of Budge, live in France, on a nice little cassette. The first show with the new lineup was at Cafe Blah in Manchester and it was a really really great show (I was there). Come and see the new era of Autocamper, it'll blow your socks off!

B is for...

BRAMWELL!
Bramwell are originally from the depths of Devon, but they currently reside in Cardiff. They have had music out before, namely a CD in 2023 and a song on a compilation last year, but their sound has changed since then. At the moment, they are just pure jangly power pop. 2026 is the year of Bramwell. On 1st January, they had two live songs on the Spinning Sister (label run by Niall Ivie of Bramwell) anniversary tape, and in April, their first seven-inch vinyl appearance, Problems b/w I Can't Make Your Way was released by Precious Recordings of London. They have just released a 7” single on Gob Nation of the songs Standing On Stones b/w British Rails (Are Long And Fast). They have also played some great gigs like Regtown, No Band Is An Island, Our Mutual Friend, and the Spinning Sister Covers Night! It’s always a good time when Bramwell are around.

DJ MADELINE POP!

As well as this being the launch for the second issue of So Unbelievable! fanzine, which includes interviews with Bramwell, Jeanines, and Lightheaded, there will also be DJing throughout the night. Expect things like Fat Tulips, Orange Juice, Sea Urchins, etc.

I hope to see you at The Hallamshire Hotel (which has been newly painted for this gig!) on 10th July 2026!
