RootSource Retreat Summer Solstice is a two-day residential experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with a more settled state.

Set within Orchard Glamping near Preston, this small-group retreat offers a structured yet relaxed programme. Each day includes guided experiences such as meadow sound baths, morning yoga, and a beginner-friendly, verified herbalism workshop. You will leave with your own herbal starter kit, a selection of carefully prepared products, and an accredited certificate to support your continued learning.

Alongside this, there is space for wild swimming, quiet reflection, animal therapy, and time by the river. Evenings centre around fire pits, cacao, and a calm, grounded atmosphere.

All meals and refreshments are included, with a focus on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food. Accommodation is in shared glamping pods (four per pod), designed to feel easy and welcoming.

This is a contained, supportive environment where everything is organised for you.
