Progression Hardcore and Friends Event 1

Who Are We: Progression Hardcore, is a record label predominantly run by local DJ, Dj Slay. Slay has been around the hardcore scene since the mid 90s.

What: Progression Hardcore and friends event was an idea we had to cater for the happy side of hardcore in the modern era. 

When: 20th April 2024

Where: Here We Aren't, 18 Godric Square, Peterborough, PE2 7Jl.

Why: So, Peterborough, has long been related to hardcore music, with it's roots back to the early days, The Prodigy's Keith Palmer, hardcore's most well known MCs in Storm and Whizzkid, to one of the most well known producers of current times Rocket Pimp aka Stonebank aka Michael Stonebank! So Peterborough and Hardcore have a long history. We think Hardcore is in a state of transition again, morphing back to it's happy roots. Our line up is what we believe is the future of Happy Hardcore For The 20s as we coin it. Also not to forget our musical roots, we have a true pioneer and original Happy Hardcore legend coming to play, a full on happy hardcore set as a nod to the foundations of the music.
