11am - Prosecco reception at That Bar lounge

VERY IMPORTANT: Your physical racecourse entry ticket will be issued to you personally on arrival at the reception.

Coach transfer direct to racecourse -  departs approx 12:30pm

Entry to Perth Racecourse - Ladies Day

Return coach after the event to That Bar Lounge - departs racecourse approx 7pm

Signature cocktail on arrival back at That Bar Lounge.

Live band from 8pm approx in That Bar lounge 

Party DJ from 10:30pm

Entry to Loft nightclub afterparty from 11pm - 3am (last entry 1am)
