Come and join us and hear the story of the Illicit Distillers and re-create the making of the spirit. This is a hands-on experience, where you will be helping to make the raw spirit.
Participate actively in the process of preparing and producing illicit spirits saturated in Islay insights and oral history.
A sensory journey to share knowledge around the fire built on community and character.
Let's journey to the origin of Islay's whisky heritage and discover where it began.
Arrive ready for the outdoors with suitable attire and attitude to get stuck in.
