At a very muddy truck festival the showers were a blessing although unreliable (water pressure and queues), toilets were clean and 10000% better than the portaloos. They closed on Monday morning so couldn't use the toilets before leaving which was annoying. But overall worth it.

I think the only thing wrong with the club class experience was that it opened too late and closed too early so didn't feel I got m my money's worth as I think it should have been open 24/7 or at least untill the last acts

Bathrooms were clean and had light and sinks which was nice, staff was also nice. Showers were semi ok, it was literally just a tiny bit of water flowing and falling on you, I was lucky because as soon as I finished showering power went completely off and everyone else got freezing cold water. The schedule is terrible, when buying this i did not see that they are open only from 7am till 11pm which is very ridiculous since you are paying not to go to the grim porta potties but then you HAVE to go to them in the dark if you happen to need to do your business after the headliners or at any other time at night, which you normally want when you are at a music festival. did not get to experience the driers or straighteners because again, there was no power. Would buy again just because there is no other running toilets option but they really need to sort their company out.

Toilets smelt and was messy a times. Power had been cut off for most the time I was there and they closed too early

Although the staff were friendly - Club Class ''luxury pass" is a waste of money and definitely isn't luxury. No drinking water in the facilities to brush your teeth, only 1 hairdryer per make up station. Nowhere to put valuables, the mirrors were too low for me to be able to see drying or straightening my hair and I'm not tall! I'd never pay for this again. You can't even hang your towel up in the cubicle without it getting wet...... needs more thought so I hope they learn from this feedback!

Having bought the luxury toilets in other festivals these did not compare. The showers just about worked and it is poor that thes are the only showering facility as showers are offered at other festivals for free. The toilets were the same as the free arena toilets at other festivals - definitely nicer than the portaloos but not in any way luxury. The toilets were not kept clean due to the mud and there were never any paper towels.

Not really "luxury".
On the Saturday morning I went to get a shower and they weren't working. I was told it would be 15 minutes before an engineer fixed it.
I waited and after 15 minutes was then told that it would be another 30 minutes. This was the same for the toilets.
Yet they were still trying to take £40 off people who wished to pay on the day.
I went back several hours later and they were working by then. Had a shower and it was alright. Nothing to brag about but better than not showering at all. Overall it was ok but not what I would class as luxury.

Even though it is nothing like the photos, the toilets are lovely and it's amazing to have access to hairdryers.

Very poor have been standing around for ages for a shower as the staff have kept on saying the power will be back on soon for a shower I have eventually left once they said it would take 30 minutes as they were wasting my time by saying it wouldn't be long until it comes back on. However the female showers seem to be working still even though the power was off the male toilets were also not working therefore meaning the females are able to get they're money's worth out of club class while the males have to suffer with no power.
