Enjoy 1 hour fun Zumba dance class at the centre of Abingdon at West Wing Studio! ✨💕💃

We are located next to The Crossroad Grocery cafe in the Downland dance studio known as west wing studio! - please press buzzer to notify you are here or a staff member will let you in!

This class is suitable for all dancers any level from beginners to advanced level! The steps are follow along! 

We start of the class with a fun warm up and energy cleanse followed by embodying fun Zumba formula 1 steps to upbeat fun music!

This class is high pace and fun for a morning workout to start your day!

We finish by doing a light cool down
