I went to the event in Colwick and while I have no notes for the music/performances, I have a lot to say about the organisation and event quality. 

I purchased a VIP pass for £22, to ensure I had access to better toilets due to a chronic illness. I just wanted more comfort. I don't hold a blue badge, I am just chronically ill but it does impact my wellbeing massively. The running water in the toilets ran out 2.5hrs after the event started, they were very poorly maintained, there was barely soap and when it got refilled there was a soap dispenser someone vomitted or spat in BRFORE it was refilled, which means someone saw that and decided to refill it anyway... You can guess I ended up accidentally having someone else's vomit on my hands, desperately trying to wash at the DRINKING water station because there was not water for me to do so in the toilets. Every time I had to wash my hands, I had to walk 5 minutes each way to the drinking water station which added extra strain on me and in the end I just left early because I was tired of it all.

I did contact the organiser on FB the day after the event and it was an absolute joke as they ignored my until I chased them. They then said I have to email and after I did, there was no response for a week. Only after I chased them, they came back with a nothing burger of a response where they blamed the venue for these issues, washed their hands off it (ha ha!) and told me the Terms and Conditions say I cannot have a refund but I can go to one of their other s**ttily organised events for free. They also gently suggested it is my fault for not contacting them in advance for my special needs and tbh, having seen the 'accommodations' for accessibility in person? No thanks.

I will also add that I did not request a refund for the whole event, just the VIP pass because I felt £22 for the privilege of washing my hands with someone else's vomit was actually unhinged...

The music was amazing, but really poor organisation and the organisers seem very unwilling to help or rectify their incompetence in any meaningful way. I would not recommend purchasing any VIP passes and if you go, be prepared to slum it.

One additional thing, if you buy 4 beers so have a few quid on their insanely priced drinks they have to open all of them at the bar 'because they can be used as a weapon', which fair. But then you see they also sold drinks in glass bottles and let people carry them around? Make it make sense.

No signs saying what you can and can't bring in. Long walk to the venue. Bags searched and expensive perfume stolen by rude security. £7 for a can of lager or £25 for 4 so I spent the first 40mins waiting to be served, got four, but they "had to be opened by bar staff" ( making sure you spilt at least one).   The organisers don't care if you have a good time or not just spend your money and go.

The music wasnât good The DJâs were never selected good music. Every time I went to the reggae section, the sluice was poor. I will not be attending this event again.

Terrible to tell people it was cashless and then make it so it was only cash. Awful organisation!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this event and will go again. Felt very safe, well organised, the artists exceeded my expectations.  We went VIP and to be honest, I could not see any benefits so next time will go standard.
