Entry & Tickets
• Are children allowed?
Yes, our events are family-friendly. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and require a separate ticket. Parental responsibility must be taken for all Minors.
• Do babies need tickets?
Yes, every attendee requires a ticket regardless of age- Children under 3 go free.
• Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes, with a valid wristband. Re-entry will be subject to security checks.
• Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
• What if the event is cancelled?
We will contact you by email with refund or rescheduling options.
Food & Drink
• Can I bring my own food or picnic?
No. Outside food is not permitted. We have a wide range of food vendors on site.
• Can I bring my own drinks?
Only one sealed drink (max 500ml) per person is allowed-either water or a soft drink.
• I have a dietary requirement-what should I do?
Many vendors offer vegan, gluten-free, and coeliac options. For specific needs, please email us at contact@socialeatsevents.co.uk.
On-site Facilities
• Can I bring an umbrella?
Small personal umbrellas are fine. Please don't block anyone's view.
• Are there baby-changing facilities?
Yes, inside our accessible toilets.
• Is the event accessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs?
Yes, the whole event is on hardstanding ground.
• Can I bring a pushchair/buggy?
Yes. Please be aware of uneven ground.
Security & Safety
• Will there be security checks?
Yes. Bags will be searched on entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated and destroyed.

• Will there be first aid?
Yes, trained first aid staff are available on site.
Animals
• Are dogs allowed?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome at most events. Must be kept on a lead at all times.
Weather & Event Info
• What happens if it rains?
Events usually go ahead rain or shine. Please bring a raincoat.
• Is camping allowed?
Only at events where camping is specifically advertised.
Parking & Travel
• Is parking available?
Multiple car parks are available locally, information will be sent out to ticket buyers.
• Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, but it must be collected by 12 noon the following day. Parking is at your own risk. Please check local restrictions.
Payments
• Are there cash machines on site?
No. Bars are card-only. Food vendors, funfair rides, and stalls generally accept both cash and card.
• Do vendors take card payments?
Yes, all do. However, bringing some cash is recommended just in case.
Photography & Media
• Can I bring a camera?
Small personal cameras are allowed. Professional photography requires prior approval.
Lost Property
• Do you have a lost property service?
Yes. Please email us after the event to report lost items.
