Local is a Cardiff-based MC making waves across the UK grime, drum & bass and garage scenes. Known for Chat with Jaykae (BBC Radio 1 playlisted) and the follow-up Cheers, he's quickly building a name for himself.

Having appeared twice on Lord of the Mics, Fire in the Booth and having worked with artists including Skepta, Lady Leshur, Wiley and Mike Skinner, Local is one to watch.

Supporting the community through Urban Circle Newport's 20th anniversary, he continues to inspire the next generation while pushing his sound forward.
