self care sessions bring together pilates, yoga, sound, creativity and mindful practices in a relaxed, welcoming space at the grove. each session offers a different experience — from music-led movement and guided journaling to creative workshops and restorative moments of calm.
expect slow mornings, good energy and a supportive social atmosphere. come alone or with friends, take time for yourself, and leave feeling lighter, grounded and recharged.
