Review of Park Life music festival

1.  Allow people to bring in a picnic.  Not much food was available.
2.  More portable toilets.  4 was not enough.
3.  Advertise the event better.  A lot of people didn't know about it.

Apart from the above, a very enjoyable event.

Went to this on the 21 July turned up around 3.30,we followed signs in when we arrived we were directed to the parking which seemed a long way away, about 15 20 minute walk. We were told that there would be someone manning the car park till finish which was about 11 ish. We ended up leaving around 10.30 as started to get very cool and we didn't have any jumpers but we started  to walk back to the car  park there was no lights on or staff around and the ground was quite uneven. So didn't find that bit very good at all very unsafe for people alone. Could not see any reason why we couldn't have parked a lot closer.

Sadly I feel the music Kings Hill music festival was very expensive for what it was.
The music was fairly average, yet ticket prices were high at £15 for adults and £5 for children... plus a whopping £5 booking fee! 
Paying £40 in total for 3 of us - I really expected more onsite to see & do... but have to say it was very disappointing.
Lastly, we were told literally days before the event that no food or drink (other than water) could be brought onsite. This was extremely disappointing as we had hopes of having a picnic with our 3 year old... yet were forced to buy food from just one stall that was selling hot food. 
Not to mention the fact they had hardly catered for children when deciding what to cook... basically just burgers and chicken! 
One other thing to note -the face painting stall were charging a whopping £6 a go... so we missed out on that for obvious reasons. 

So... all in all, a very expensive day out, and not especially family orientated!
On this basis I would not go again,

It was fantastic!! Great music, food and atmosphere!! 

It was rubbish and very over priced . Will not be going next year
