Conscious connected breath workshop

I warmly invite you to join this guided and immersive exploration of Conscious Connected Breathwork, a simple and gentle technique that uses the breath as a gateway to connect our mind, body and spirit. 

This technique opens up the respiratory system and uses the body’s natural healing abilities to release physical, mental and emotional tension from the body. It provides access to the unconscious mind and can be profoundly healing. Breathwork has the power to bring a deep sense of connection to ourselves creating a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Conscious connected breathwork is a benign modality; however, there are a few contraindications. This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or suffer from any of the following conditions:

• Epilepsy or seizures (of any kind)
• Psychotic or borderline psychotic states
• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a previous psychiatric condition
• High blood pressure (not controlled with medication)
• Glaucoma (untreated)
• Detached retina (untreated)
• PTSD (untreated)
