The guide did not turn up at the venue
The booking was to meet at 8.00pm at Barbican Station
I and another 6 guests were waiting at the station from 7.45 until 8.15
We walked for miles looking for the group.
We eventually found them at 9.15 
The guide was unapologetic and argued that he had sent us all an email jus after midnight the previous evening to say the venue had been changed to a local pub. The pub was very close to the station and it would have been very easy for the guide to walk a couple of hundred meters from the pub to find our group. 
He told us our emails must have been at fault and

This was appalling
I was one of 7 guests who waited 30 minutes at the venue
The booking was for 8,00pm at Barbican station
We waited from 7.45 until 8.15 and there was no sign of the guide
We walked miles looking for the group.
We eventually found them at 9.20 at one of the pubs
Guide Rob was unapologetic and insisted he had sent us all an email just after midnight the previous evening., to say the venue had been changed to a nearby pub. This was not the case. None of us had received the email. I checked my Spam this morning and it was not there either..
Rob insisted that the email system was at fault and it was not his responsibility. No refund was offered. It turned out that the new pub venue was only a couple of hundred meters from the original veue. Surely he could have walked just around the corner to check if any guests were waiting there. Alex, James, Kura, Fiona and Lyna were some of the other guests who did not receive the email.
What a sad experience for all of us
