North Wales' ultimate Santa's Grotto experience offers an unforgettable family adventure, with an underground grotto, an immersive light maze, Santa's workshop and much, much more.
Zipmas returns for its 5th consecutive year this festive season, so grab your complimentary mince pie and mulled wine/hot chocolate, and let's catch the train underground to Santa's magical wonderland! With your lantern in hand, navigate the light maze, before heading through to Santa's workshop to see where the Christmas cheer is created. Finally, enter the cosy grotto itself, where the main man will be waiting to greet you, and give you your slate bauble gift. Head back above-ground to decorate your bauble, try your hand at letter crafting and maybe grab a delicious bite to eat too.

What better way to kick start your Zip World Santa's Grotto adventure than with a complimentary warm cup of hot chocolate or mulled wine and a local homemade mince pie or shortbread? Start your magical experience with a bang with this winter warmer!
Slate Bauble Crafting Experience
Not only do you get a gift from the main man himself, but you also get your very own Welsh slate bauble to decorate at our above-ground craft station! Get your creative juices flowing and decorate to your heart's content, ready for centre stage on the tree. A wonderful memento or something to gift over the festive season.
Restrictions
1 participating adult 18 yrs+ is required for every 5 children <18 yrs.
Due to the nature of this adventure, participants and spectators require the ability to walk. Babe in arms and pushchairs are not permitted.
Wear warm clothing and sturdy trainers or boots for this adventure.
