Next summer, Millennium Square will once again come alive as 80s Classical returns for its 7th spectacular season.
Get ready to step back in time and experience the ultimate celebration of 80s pop, as original artists perform their biggest hits live - reimagined with the symphonic power of the 50-piece Orchestra of Opera North.
This year's show is headlined by pop legends Bananarama, joined by Nik Kershaw, Nick Heyward, and Johnny Hates Jazz. Together, they'll deliver an unforgettable night filled with timeless hits including Venus, Wouldn't It Be Good, Shattered Dreams, Fantastic Day, and many more.
The brilliant backing vocalists, Bianca Claxton, Adetoun Anibi and Nick Shirm, will also perform a bonus set of crowd-pleasing favourites, guaranteed to keep you dancing all night long.
Arranged and conducted by Cliff Masterson.
