Review of Dermot Kennedy: Acoustic + Q&A (16+ with an Adult)

I couldn't believe how long he was in stage for. Disappointing when advertising 8-10. I understand it was cheap but still... expectations

Dermot Kennedys perormance was beautiful. But to be honest it was a bit of a let down of an evening. It was amazing to get to see him & listen to him so close up, in such a small venue. But waited around for over an hour with no pre entertainment, and then for him to only perform 6 songs and VERY short chat section. Everyone in the audiance was in a bit of confusion at the end that it was over. If it was only going to be a very short set, I think a bit more thought should have been put into the evening. I.E. warm up act and perhaps finishing the evening after the chat section with one last song would have made a big difference in my opinion.

We were under the impression that we were getting a longer show than the 40 mins we got. The show was advertised as finishing at 10pm but it finished at 9.30 after startingat 8.50pm. Very disappointing

Absolutely brilliant. Dermot Kennedy has such an amazing voice that is unique. He has such a lot of talent, but at the same time is humble and appreciative of his fans. 
This was a short set of seven songs to introduce his new album. The new songs were beautifully written with emotive lyrics and showed his vocal range to the full. Can't wait to hear the full album when it's released.
The venue was perfect. It is fantastic to see artists so close up. Wish there were more performances like this. 
Sadly quite a lot of people towards the back half of the venue thought it was ok to talk chat am**gst themselves throughout the question and answer session, which was completely disrespectful to Dermot and the rest of us who wanted to listen. People have no manners these days. 
That aside, it was a wonderful evening and Dermot performed his heart out! Five stars!!

His vocals were amazing and the venue was great...although it was disappointing it only lasted around 30mins.
