Terms & Conditions
Social Eats - Great Country Tribute Weekender
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Social Eats - Great Country Tribute Weekender, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The event will take place on 23rd & 24th May 2026 at DK Rugby Club, Swindon Road, Wall Heath, Kinver, Kingswinford, DY6 0AW
Event Information
- The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, artists, timings, attractions, or site layout where necessary.
- The event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless cancelled due to safety concerns or circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
- No dogs or pets are permitted on site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
Tickets & Entry
- All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
- Tickets must be exchanged for an official event wristband upon entry.
- Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times while on site.
- Lost, damaged, tampered with, or removed wristbands may not be replaced.
- Entry may be refused to anyone without a valid ticket or wristband.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who breaches these Terms & Conditions or behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
- No dogs allowed unfortunately
Age Restrictions
- This is an all-ages event.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- Valid photo ID may be requested at any time.
- Alcohol will only be served in accordance with UK licensing laws.
- A strict Challenge 25 policy will be in operation across all bars and licensed areas.
Vehicle Access & Parking
- Vehicle access is restricted to authorised routes and designated parking areas only.
- All drivers must follow event signage, steward instructions, and traffic management procedures at all times.
- A strict site speed limit of 10 mph applies throughout the venue.
- Once parked, vehicles must remain stationary unless otherwise directed by event staff.
- Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner's risk.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not permitted on site:
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Food & drinks
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Glass containers
- Fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
- Drones, unless authorised by the organiser
- Fuel, generators, or fire-starting equipment unless pre-approved
Exceptions
- Baby food is permitted
- One sealed soft drink per person is permitted (maximum 500ml)
Any prohibited items may be confiscated by security.
Alcohol & Drugs
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only within licensed and designated areas.
- No alcohol may be brought onto the main festival site.
- Anyone deemed intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe may be refused entry, refused service, or removed from the event.
- Illegal drugs or substances will be confiscated and may be reported to the police.
- Repeated breaches of these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Behaviour & Safety
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, contractors, and fellow guests.
- Violent, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Security staff and steward decisions are final.
- Attendees enter and attend the event entirely at their own risk.
Emergency Access
- Emergency access routes and exits must be kept clear at all times.
- Any vehicles or items causing obstruction may be removed without notice.
- Attendees must comply immediately with any instructions issued by stewards, security personnel, event management, or emergency services.
Medical & Welfare
- First aid and welfare facilities will be available on site throughout the event.
- By attending the event, attendees consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if required.
- Attendees are responsible for managing and carrying any necessary medication for existing medical conditions.
Liability
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except where caused by proven negligence or as required by law.
- Personal belongings are brought onto the site entirely at the owner's risk.
Photography & Media
- The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and commercial purposes.
- By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in any promotional materials without compensation.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, subject to UK consumer law.
- No refunds will be given to attendees removed from the event for breaching these Terms & Conditions.
