Your £50 ticket not only guarantees you a spot, but it also encompasses a sumptuous 3-course dinner, curated by talented chefs to tantalise your palate. As you walk in, a glass of crisp Prosecco awaits to set the mood for the evening. We will also be hosting a raffle which will include donations from businesses in the area.

FoodforFamilieswas established earlier this year to support families who, although often working, are struggling to provide healthy food for the people they love. Each week with the help of a great team of volunteers, we cook a fresh nutritious one pot‘take-away’ meal for our families, which they collect discreetly from school pick-up points when they collect their kids. We are already producing 150 meals a week, supporting 35 local families and the really great thing is that by collecting and using perfectly fresh supermarket’waste’ food, in as many ways as we can, we are tackling food waste as well as helping to bridge the poverty gap.

Through our Christmas Charity Ballwe hope to raise sufficient funds to provide a hamper for each of our families stuffed full of all the ingredients they will need for their festive feast. If we can include everything from the turkey to the crackers, the pigs in blankets and even the brussels sprouts, we can ensure that our families will have a little more money in hand to make their celebrations special.

The ticket is priced at £50 per head. There is a fee of £5.25 for Skiddle orders or alternatively email us at foodforfamiliesevents@gmail.com and we can take a bank transfer without the fee.
