Tribo Tropicalé with Sam Redmore & the Tropical Soundclash

Tribo Tropicalé is a brand new Tropical music orientated carnival style party, launching at the infamous Trades Club in Hebden Bridge. Our aim is to bring live music spanning multiple genres and geographies, with a focus on music rooted in Latin, Afro and Caribbean origins. Each event will feature some of the hottest tropical bands from across the globe, supported by DJs bringing joyful and eclectic global rhythms. We're bringing the tropical heat to the Calder valley!

For our first event, we're excited to present Sam Redmore and The Tropical Sound Clash All Stars, a seven-piece LIVE band playing Afro and Latin infused dance music. Sam Redmore & The Tropical Soundclash Allstars are a UK-based 7-piece live collective led by producer and DJ Sam Redmore, renowned for their soul-drenched fusion of Afrobeat, Latin, Disco & House.After building a following through masterly remixes and his debut album Universal Vibrations (2022), Redmore expanded his sound with the 2024 follow-up Modulate, featuring collaborations with Dele Sosimi and MC Abdominal. The band, which includes a full horn section, double percussion, and guest vocalists like Lumi HD and Mr Auden Allen, has become a staple of the UK festival circuit with high-energy performances at events such as Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul, Shambala, and Greenbelt.
