Experience an electrifying evening filled with your favourite iconic music, all set against the stunning backdrop of Hawley Lake.

Arriving by car
From central London: Take the M3 towards Southampton and exit at junction 4A and follow signs towards A327 (Minley Road). Shortly after the Crown and Cushion Pub (on your left) there is a right turning, signposted Hawley Lake Sail training Centre - the concert is next to the sailing centre.

From the South West/Southampton: Take the M3 towards London and exit at junction 4A and follow signs towards A327 (Minley Road). Shortly after the Crown and Cushion Pub (on your left) there is a right turning, signposted Hawley Lake Sail training Centre - the concert is next to the sailing centre.

Arriving by train
Nearest train stations: Blackwater and Fleet mainline stations - please book your coach transfer to the venue during the booking process.

Parking:
Free parking is available at Hawley Lake in a secure car park. It is well signposted and stewards will guide you on arrival. Dropping off is permitted - please follow the signs and enter and exit the car park as directed to ensure the safety of other patrons.

The arena is a very short walk from the car park.

Accessible Parking:
To secure an Accessible Parking place please add this to your purchase during the ticket booking process. You will be guided next to the entrance way on arrival, and it is a very short flat walk to the arena.

Ticketing:
Your e-ticket will be emailed to you in advance of the show. E-tickets can be shown on your mobile device, there is no need to print your e-tickets (although printed copies will be accepted). A member of staff will scan your ticket upon entry so please have them ready for inspection. What do I do if I haven't received my ticket(s)?

What time can I arrive?
Gates will open at 5:30pm - there will be music and some entertainment prior to the concert start time of 7:30pm.

Food and Drink
There is a selection of food and drink stations bordering the viewing area and you are encouraged to use these outlets. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.

Challenge 25.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we may ask you to prove your age when entering the event or when attempting to buy alcohol as part of our Challenge 25 Alcohol Policy.

Any one of the following is considered an acceptable form of ID:
1. Passport (not a photocopy). Foreign passports are acceptable if in suitable condition and include a photograph.
2. Full or provisional photo card driving license issued by the DVLA. 3. Proof Of Age Card - The card must be part of the PASS scheme and carry their hologram. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol.

Similarly, anyone purchasing alcohol for someone under 18 is committing an offence.

Toilets.
Flushable toilets with handwash facilities are available adjacent to the viewing area.

Accessible Toilets.
Accessible Toilets are located adjacent to the viewing area.

Seating and Shade.
Please remember this is an outdoor event. Benches and tables alongside traditional chairs are available on a first come first served basis there are sufficient for all patrons.

There is limited shaded area and patrons are asked to seek help if they feel unwell. We can rely on the British weather to be unpredictable so please come prepared with sun cream and hats if the weather is good and waterproof coats and shoes if the weather is bad! Check the local weather forecast in advance on the BBC's weather pages.

Animals.
Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time on the premises

Smoking.
Smoking cigarettes (or electronic cigarettes) is permitted. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.

Filming.
Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is strictly prohibited. Your bags may be searched upon entry to the event and cameras will be permitted at the security team's discretion.

St John's Ambulance.
Medical cover during the event will be supplied by St John's Ambulance and a Community First Aider and an Emergency Responder will be available to ensure your safety throughout the event.
