✨ & start 2026 on purpose
From gentle movement yoga/breath-work followed by a meditation. Into a calm afternoon vision board building with a light lunch provided. Finished with teaching our 'Yellow Duck Theory' & personal goal setting session.
Every part of the day has been thoughtfully created to help you reset and realign 🧘🏽♀️
