TAIKANO presents DJ STINGRAY // BABYCCINO // AJAY C

TAIKANO returns for Season 9 with its first event in a new Glasgow home at The Art School.

The long-running underground series continues its nomadic approach, moving into The Art School for a late-night session powered by GEEZ Audio's VOID Acoustics sound system.

Headlining the night is DJ Stingray, the Detroit-raised electro figurehead whose high-velocity, precision-driven sets have made him a defining force in contemporary electro. Known for uncompromising selections and relentless momentum, Stingray brings his signature sound to Glasgow for a rare appearance.

Local support comes from Babyccino, a fast-rising DJ deeply embedded in the UK underground. A regular at Sub Club's Subculture and a familiar name across Glasgow, London and Manchester, her sets move through deep, dubby, acidic and electro-leaning territory. Recent appearances include Sub Club, Phonox, Cabaret Voltaire and major festival stages, with support slots for artists such as KiNK, Helena Hauff and Chez Damier.

TAIKANO resident AJAY C completes the line up, bringing a warehouse-honed approach rooted in techno and electro, shaped by years of promoting and DJing within Glasgow's underground scene.

TAIKANO maintains its long-standing no phones on the dance floor policy, prioritising the dancefloor experience over documentation.
