About

The alias of Dutch producer Bas Bron, Fatima Yamaha is a project that spawned in 2004, to relative obscurity. The project was ditched, and Bron focused on other projects – however, Yamaha's single What's A Girl To Do, initially released in 2004, continued to grow and grow, and became a cult classic despite the project no longer existing. As a result, Yamaha reissued the song in 2015 when he released his EP A Girl Between Two Worlds, which served as a revival for the project. Never an ever-present on the scene, and a figure that has always been shrouded in intrigue and mystery, Yamaha has managed to release three studio albums since 2015, with his most recent release coming in 2024.
