• Roasted Celeriac soup, Parmesan Croutons, Herb Oil
• Duck Liver Parfait, Spiced Fruit Chutney, Mini Oatcakes
• Smoked Mackerel, Avocado Puree, Beetroot, Dill

Mains:

• Roasted Turkey Roulade with all the trimmings- roast potatoes, pigs n blanket, honey roast vegetables, Brussel sprouts & rosemary jus
• Pan Seared Fillet of Hake, Roasted & Shaved Courgette, Tomato Mussel Broth
