Join us to celebrate the launch of The Dalmore 17 Year Old. A Highland single malt aged in American oak and finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks: It’s rich and elegant, with flavours of Seville orange, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and soft spice. At 42%, it’s smooth but full-bodied and to showcase this the team at Gōst have paired it with a succulent Wagyu steak and showcased the flavour profile in outstanding cocktails.
