Join us for an unforgettable evening at Scotland’s largest hotel ballroom as we host the Annual Charity Ball in support of the Eilidh MacLeod Memorial Trust. This spectacular night of celebration, remembrance, and giving will be filled with music, dancing, and Highland elegance.

✨ Guests will be welcomed with a Hebridean-themed drinks reception, setting the tone for a night to remember.

Drinks packages are available for both full tables and individual ticket holders (who will be seated at designated drinks tables). Of course, if you prefer to purchase your own drinks on the night, non-drinks tickets are also available.

About the Trust

Eilidh’s Trust was founded in memory of 14-year-old Eilidh MacLeod, a passionate young piper from the Isle of Barra, who tragically lost her life in the Manchester Arena attack in May 2017.

The Trust supports music education for young people, continuing Eilidh’s legacy by encouraging others to find joy through music. It also manages a memorial and garden of remembrance on Barra in her honour.

👥 What size are the tables?

Tables seat 10 or 12 guests. Tables of 12 are limited — early booking is advised. We’re happy to seat smaller groups with friends/family where possible.

🎟️ When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be issued online. If you haven’t received yours 7 days before the event, contact us using the details above.

👗 What should I wear?

This is a black-tie event — with a touch of Highland flair, of course!

🍽️ What if I have a food allergy?

We’ll be in touch to collect dietary needs and menu choices. For table bookings, the lead guest will be asked to submit details on behalf of their group.
