About Edinburgh Dungeon Standard Admission
Edinburgh Dungeon Standard Admission at the Edinburgh Dungeon takes you underground into Scotland’s darker history. The experience is designed to be seen, heard and smelled as you move through stories from Edinburgh’s murky past, with live actors, dark history, a thrilling drop ride and special effects.
Along the way, you come face to face with notorious figures and stories including Burke and Hare, Sawney Bean, Agnes Finnie, the Black Plague and a fearsome torture chamber. It is a walk-through attraction that combines live performance with historical scenes and darker moments from Scotland’s past.
Recommended for ages 8 and up, the Edinburgh Dungeon is in the heart of Edinburgh, minutes from Waverley Station.
