Our gig night, every other month at The Hairy Dog brings fresh music to Derby's best venue. Gigs run 6pm til 9pm - there's not a lot else to do on a Sunday except eat good dinner, have a nap, pop to a gig, and still get home early cos it's a school night, right? 16+ but Under 18s must be with an adult.


SKUM
SKUM is an Industrial Nu-Metal band local to Nottingham & Derby.
SKUM has combined Grime, Industrial Metal, Nu-Metal, Midtempo, and Cyberpunk to make a mint sound that is utterly unique. SKUM is a new band that popped out to say hello to the world in late 2025 but they've been developing their sound and songs since 2022 and is now ready to unleash it. The EP will be out early 2026 with two singles to hit beforehand. Then the first of many albums to come mid/late 2026.

Justice for Lilith
Formed in 2026, Justice for Lilith is a Midlands hardcore band with New York style but British hardcore grit. With punchy songs and groovy rhythms sure to get you two stepping and adrenaline pumping, the epitome of Bad Bitch Hardcore. For fans of: Incendiary, Terminal Sleep, Trapped Under Ice.

All bands are on a door split so they get a fair share of ticket sales - we take our expenses out AFTER bands have had their share. By supporting these gigs you are genuinely directly supporting bands. Of course as standard, unlike bigger venues neither us nor The Hairy Dog take commission from any merch sales.
