I bought tickets but no one asked or checked if we had any and after he had only been on stage 10mins and went, was then told that he wasn't coming back out. it was our 1st time there as well so not very happy

To be honest I’m furious that I paid for 3 tickets in advance to get in for free and not even be asked to show the ticket. We were told last entry 11:30 but loads of people still entering. When we’d rushed to get there. Max was on stage for 10 minutes! Absolute joke to wait until 1am for 10minutes of 3 songs. Been to so many events in the past and loved them I.e Jamie lomas / Dougie Poynter etc and I was just highly disappointed in last nights event. I’d like someone to contact me about this.
