Felt like we had been robbed, we go to loads of events every year and this was the worse we’ve ever been to the acts were brilliant even the quality of the sound system was excellent - then enter the human factor ! It was good to start the deejays were good then whoever was running the sound system from about 7pm should go back to playing in his mothers bedroom so much bass much of the music was missing or unintelligible the deejay was heard to compliment himself and said it was great- despite complaints and proceeded to ruin a outstandingly good sound system. There are plenty of excellent deejays who could have presented a better show but guess it must be nepotism and often a bit “too street” for adult/mixed audiences. You weren’t allowed to bring in food and drink which I can understand to a degree but the vendors took advantage of the captive market with truly rip off prices. Vendors refused to take cash, you weren’t allowed re entry, I heard examples of expensive items being confiscated but being shared out by staff. Exiting the car park wasn’t marshalled and took over an hour suppose the thinking was “we have your money we don’t care” I suspect many of the acts that appeared we’re secretly disappointed to see a professional set up begin to become misused in the later part of the day. Loads of people walking away from the event were moaning

Avoid at all Costs as it will cost you a Fortune
My Perfume was confiscated on entry, was told I could retrieve it at the end, when I went to retrieve it they wouldn’t let me have it back, the perfume cost me a small fortune.one lady who tried to retrieve her perfume saw a staff member loading it all into her rucksack..
Some bags thoroughly checked by staff on entry , others not checked at all .. so unfair
Brought 2x burger 1x chips , total cost £36
A bottle of cheap wine cost £30 a can of lager was £6…
My partner even had his can of lager taken from him on exit .. it’s a joke .. staff unprofessional and rude .. avoid at all costs if your don’t want to be bankrupt , complete rip off ..

The sound was very amateur, systems kept on breaking down and Heather Small had to replace her mike. The DJs was more like wedding DJs and came across a but patronizing. We were only allowed 1 small bag and 500ml of water. We were told that there wild be water available but there was 1 tap!! Really!!? Did I mention that there was a guy with a cool box not checked!
The acts were great when you could here them Gabrielle sounded awful.
The prices are shocking and 4 portions of dodgy chips 20 quid.
7 quid for Madri Lager and no Bacardi.

The sound wasn't great, due to the sound system not the artists. Couldn't hear very clearly. The food prices were extortionate (£21.00 for three small plates of chips and £17.00 for 2 beers and a lemonade. The organisers didn't seem to know what was going on, when asking a question, I received 3 different answers from 3 different staff members. After bag searching, the prohibited items were thrown in a huge box for anyone to collect on their way out. Consequently the more expensive items "disappeared." Exiting the car park was a complete shambles, up to an hour to leave the event with no one supervising. We won't be going next year.

It was probably a record hot day the sun was scorching you weren’t allowed to bring in food & drink and there was issues with taking cash with nearly all the vendors (not everybody can or wants to use card payment) . The sound system was excellent until about 7pm when Kenny Thomas as on - someone adjusted the sound there was too much bass and little clarity, the deejay was even heard saying I’ve been told there’s too much bass but you can’t have too much bass and carried on pleasing himself instead of his audience. After a while it didn’t get better and we left people were heard complaining both at the venue and afterwards. I overheard someone saying it was “over EQ’d”

Absolute shambles
1. Paid £10 for pre parking but everyone parked there for free
2. Queued 90 minutes to get in and missed the first act
3. Bar was expensive and poorly organised compared to other festivals, long queues
4. Took 60 minutes to leave the car park as exit was not organised
I won’t ever return here.
