Trash / A 90s Indie, 60s & New Wave Club at Smokies (Gelli)

The next valleys Trash club takes place on Saturday April 27th, veering across the Ton Pentre superhighway to the beautiful old upstairs hall at Smokies. 90s indie, 60s, new wave and glam rock music all night long, bound together by the sweet dancefloor jangle of Motown and Northern Soul.

The Supremes to The Smiths, Dusty Springfield to Depeche Mode, David Bowie to Suede, Blondie to Sleeper, The Beatles to Blur, ELO to Echo and the Bunnymen, Candi Staton to The Cure. 6pm till 11pm - please note the slightly earlier timings and get drunk accordingly.

If you've not been before, find Smokies a 10 minute walk from Ton Pentre station, left then left across the bridge, follow the road straight round the corner past the Spar and the New Inn and you'll come to it a bit further up on your left.
