About

Nu:Motive and Dazed celebrate 10 years of amplifying underground music together by inviting Gentlemens Club and Skala to Thekla Bristol for a very special night of all things Bass/UKG/140!

Gentlemens Club are leading the charge in modern bass music, known for genre-blurring productions and chaotic, high-energy DJ sets built for the dancefloor. Originally emerging as solo dubstep producers Soloman and 50 Carrot, the pair joined forces in 2017 and haven’t looked back since.

Their sound pulls from every corner of UK bass culture, from UKG and bassline to dubstep, grime and drum & bass - delivering unpredictable sets that keep crowds moving from start to finish. They’ve taken that energy worldwide, playing festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Rampage, Shambhala, Reading & Leeds and more. With releases on Atlantic, Deadbeats, Interscope and UKF, plus remixes for Marshmello, Jess Glynne, Saweetie and Yungblud, Gentlemens Club have racked up over 100 million streams and regular support from BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Rinse FM.

Joining them on the night is rising grime and 140 star Skala, bringing her heavyweight selections and unmistakable energy to the lineup. Aswell as support from local selectors Rez, Raina & Mini.
